We've had a beautiful and mild fall thus far, but this week's forecast lists several nights with lows in the mid-20s. Thus I am picking everything that's left in the garden... and it's a lot! Tomatoes or peppers anyone? I may have to do a few more batches of salsa.
The squirrels have also been enjoying our bountiful harvest. They've gotten good and fat off our sunflowers!

I wish I could indulge. Your produce is so colorful!
Ship it to Seattle - my roommates and I will take any free food we can get our hands on! Glad to see that your growing season was a little better than ours!
WOW! How large is your garden? You obviously have more space than I do... Look at those amazing peppers!
I was pretty proud of my eggplant crop this year, I must say.
Heather, our garden is pretty big. When we first tilled it I thought I would never fill it, but we ended up planting the whole thing and putting some veggies in the flower beds! I ended up with 11 tomato plants (I wanted three kinds, they came in four-packs, and only one died!) and six or seven pepper plants, plus beans, corn, cantaloupe, pumpkins and cukes.
